Shipping, Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Shipping & Delivery

  • Carriers:
    • International: shipped via registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post.
    • Domestic (India): shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.
  • Dispatch time: We hand over consignments to the carrier within 0–7 days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at order confirmation.
  • Delays: Delivery timelines are subject to the courier/postal provider’s norms Skykart.in (Trade name of Skykart Retail Technologies Private Limited) is not liable for delays caused by the carrier/postal authorities after handover.
  • Delivery address & confirmation: Orders are delivered to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. Service/order confirmations are sent to the email ID used during registration.

Cancellations

    • Window: Cancellation requests are accepted within 7 days of placing the order.
    • Exceptions: If an order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and shipping has been initiated, the cancellation request may not be accepted.
    • Perishables: We do not accept cancellations for perishable items (e.g., Batteries). If quality is proven unsatisfactory, a refund/replacement may be considered (see “Returns & Replacements” below).

Returns & Replacements

    • Damaged or defective on receipt: Please report to our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product. Mandatorily, an unboxing video must be recorded and shared with us to complete our quality checks. The request will be processed after We check and confirm the issue.To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
    • Not as described / not as expected: Notify Customer Service within 7 days of delivery. Mandatorily, an unboxing video must be recorded and shared with us to complete our quality checks. After review, our team will decide the appropriate resolution. To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
    • Certain items may not be eligible for return or replacement. These exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds

    • Processing time: Once a refund is approved by Skykart.in (Trade name of Skykart Retail Technologies Private Limited), it will be processed to the end customer within 3–5 days.
    • Notes: Actual credit to your account may depend on your bank/payment provider’s timelines.

Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen shipping method, the volumetric weight of the package, and the delivery destination.
    • Customers can view the shipping costs before finalizing their purchase during the checkout process.

International Shipping

Skykart.in (Trade name of Skykart Retail Technologies Private Limited) currently does not offer international shipping, however, an exception can be made in case of urgent orders.

International shipping rates and delivery times may differ from domestic orders due to customs clearance procedures and international shipping regulations.

Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This enables customers to track the status of their delivery online through our website or the designated courier’s tracking system.

Delivery Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete delivery information. Skykart.in (Trade name of Skykart Retail Technologies Private Limited) will not be held liable for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Confirmation

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. This is to ensure the safe and secure delivery of the purchased items.

Insurance

Shipping insurance is not covered in the shipping rates that are given during checkout. If any insurance is needed please get in touch with our customer support team.
